Colonel Kittu Children’s Park

This children’s park was located in Nallur, Jaffna. During the ceasefire, a photograph of Kittu was displayed in the park. This park became notorious when photographs of see saw handles in the shape of AK 47s were published in southern newspapers and magazines, in the late 1990s. There was also an obstacle course set up in the park supposedly to offer Jaffna kids combat training. This park is in a ruined state now.
