Memorializing massacres at Majithul Meera Grand Mosque & Al Masjidul Hussainiya Mosque, Kattankudy

The LTTE killed 147 Muslim men and boys while they were at prayer in these two mosques in Kattankudy, on August 3rd 1990. The bullet riddled walls have been preserved at both mosques while lists of the dead are displayed at the mosques as well as the cemetery where the dead are buried.
